WINETYPE:
100% Malvasia Bianca (white Malvasia) cultivated at 400 metres above sea level, south-east oriented, in moderately loose-packed soil.
Vineyard yield: 80 q/ha
Cultivated using the spurred cordon system, with a sixth plant of 4500 plants for hectare.

AGEING:
4 months in steel, 2 months in bottle 1.5 vol

TASTING CHARACTERISTICS:
straw yellow colour wiht a pleasant and clean olfactory intensity on the nose, balanced complexityof fruity perception inclined to exotic fruit calling freshflowers and delicate scents of Mediterranean scrub.

MATCHING:
dry wine characterized by delicated intensity and freshness. It goes well with shellfish starter, seafood pasta, bakek pasta, fish pie and white meat, fresh and/or seasoned goat cheese.
Wine serving temperature : 8-10°C .
