Our oil is made from coratina olives of our plantation, harvested from the tree and cold pressed in oil mill within 24 hours from the harvest using exclusively cold pressing methods in order to guarantee excellent organoleptic characteristics.
It is not ltered but decanted through a natural fall in stainless steel vessels, and then,packed in cans or bottles.
The color of the oil goes from deep green to straw yellow, the taste is fruity but not spicy, with low acidity. Perfect used raw on every food, superb on season salads and sh, but also for fried food.
