TASTING CHARACTERISTICS:
deep ruby red colour, important balsamic notes enveloping aromas of myrtle, licorice, black cherry and sweet spices. In the mouth it presents a core of polished tannin and alcoholic notes that are mitigated by thevibrantsapidityand minerality refreshing thè palate and revealing a fresh, measured and Long end.

the wine pairswellwith braised meat, wild game meat, meat sauces and seasoned cheese.
